Earlier this year, we brought you news of our new venture in partnership with DNA Genetics.

Together, under the name of PureDNA, we formed a new marijuana seed distribution company based in Chile, South America.

Through our contacts within the industry, PureDNA assembled a line-up of the world’s top seed companies, breeders and makers of smoking accessories. 

PureDNA operates in a similar way to PureSativa: we hold exclusive distribution rights for all the companies involved, and we are now able to bring the world’s finest marijuana seeds and smoking products to Chile and the rest of South America much faster and more efficiently than ever before.

To raise awareness of our new venture, PureSativa headed to Chile for the 2014 Expoweed convention in the Chilean capital, Santiago.  The expo, held between 21st – 23rd November was a roaring success with exhibitors from all over the world taking part and huge crowds gathering to enjoy 3 days of education and entertainment in the company of like-minded enthusiasts.

Several of our exclusive suppliers came to join us including representatives from Rare Dankness, Serious Seeds, Cali Connection, House of the Great Gardener, Elemental Seeds, TH Seeds, Trip Seeds, Bubblebags and more. 

As always, it was great to get together with Don and Aaron from DNA Genetics and Reserva Privada, too, and it appears as though DNA’s uncanny habit of monstering industry competitions has seamlessly rubbed off onto PureDNA:  We won the award for Best Booth for our exhibition, which showcased the cannabis seeds and smoking products offered by our exclusive suppliers as well as a range of awesome merchandise and clothing.  The display cases were given the finishing touch as several of the companies brought along trophies and medals from previous competition victories to add a bit of bling to the mix.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Chile and we would like to congratulate Expoweed’s organisers for putting on a fantastic event.  We can’t wait to come back next year with our new products and new strains from our partners.
