ORDERS & RETURNS

  • Any retail orders placed before 2:30 GMT will be shipped out the same day. Wholesale orders will be shipped out as soon as all the stock for the order is available, usually the same day however there can be a small delay.


  • If an item is not in stock we will notify you when it becomes available.

  • You can order on our secure online system or by Telephone, Fax, Email or Post. See our Contact Uspage for details.

  • Please provide us with your telephone number so that we can contact you to confirm your order.

Payment Methods

  • Direct Bank Transfer - Payment will only be taken if the item is in stock and the order will be sent out as soon as the bank transfer is received and confirmed.

  • Credit/Debit Card - Payment will be taken right away and your order will be shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 2:30pm GMT otherwise it will be sent out the very next day.

  • All retail goods include VAT except goods for Export and all wholesale orders are without VAT which will be added later, on your sage invoice.

Postal Charges

  • Charges will be calculated automatically depending on the weight and destination

Delivery Instructions

  • Orders without credit card will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked.

  • Your goods will be delivered to the address on the order form.

  • We must have your full postcode and telephone number.

Receiving Orders

  • Goods should be with you within 3 working days

  • If goods do not arrive within 3 working days please notify us immediately

Receiving Orders (Export)

  • Goods in stock will be despatched within 3 working days

  • Goods should be with you within 14 to 21 days

  • If goods do not arrive within 21 days please notify us immediately

Returns

  • If on receipt the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:

  • Complete the return form enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt

  • Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of posting

  • We can repair a faulty product within the first 3 months (or replace it depending on the fault)

  • If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or a refund with postage

  • Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods

  • If on receipt you are not happy with your goods please take the following steps:

  • Complete the return form enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt

  • Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received

Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with any of the products, please notify us within 14 days, and return the goods to us.

  • Please send products back as they were received.

  • We will not replace any products after 3 months or if they have been used.

  • If product cannot be repaired or replaced we will give you credit note or a refund.

Transferring money via Online Banking

  • Ensure you have internet banking
    Transferring money into PureSativa with online banking is a quick and easy way to send money. You can only do this if you have access to online banking with your account. If you don't, you will be able to sign-up when you visit your bank branch, and might even be able to do this on your bank's website.

  • Transfer the money through your online banking web page.
    Once you have our details and are logged in to your bank account, click through to the transfer money section. Here you will be prompted to enter the information on the account you are sending the money to, as well as the amount of the transfer and the date you want it to be processed. Then once funds have arrived your order will be processed, packed and ready for delivery, Quick and Simple!

Customs

  • You may become liable to Customs and Excise Duty, please check with your country laws to see if this is the case.

  • The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
