Herb Grinders

A manual or electronic grinder is a brilliant and immediately effective utensil for grinding herbs. The grinder achieves a simple and efficient way to obtain the smoothest grains and fluffiest grind.

According to which brand you choose the manual grinders have the option of the classic two-piece, three-piece which has an extra chamber to store your herbs and spices; and four-piece grinder. The four-piece includes all the latter, as well as a ‘pollen catcher’, also known as a ‘crystal catcher’. Our two primary brands who produce grinders; Santa Cruz Shredders and Space Case Grinders have both have designed this four-piece grinder. The extra section has a mesh screen dividing chamber three and four to secure and isolate the finer particles from the ingredients above. Both ‘Space Case Grinders’ and ‘Santa Cruz Shredders’, have created exceptional grinders using a selection of materials and colourways.

It is important to us that the grinders’ quality surpasses the standard suggested by the cost price. Unfortunately, the sea of brands producing grinders are generically poor in quality. The reason for this is their sharp-edged teeth cause harmful and unhealthy minuscule flakes of aluminium or titanium to be released into your herb or spice blend. Safety and quality are extremely important to us, therefore this not the case with the grinders we supply. Utilising Siemans CAD Software means Santa Cruz takes extra action to avoid this issue. This programme has enabled their engineers to accomplish a “perfect” shredding tooth design.

Achieving a minimal and stylish appearance of the grinder is an extra bonus for Santa Cruz. Their priority is the design of the teeth as it should be, this often isn’t the case for most grinder brands. Their teeth are designed to cut your herbs or spices in numerous ways, leading to the grinder to “fluff to perfection”. Santa Cruz Shredders produce both aluminium and hemp shredders some of which are collaborations with the well-known brand ‘Cookies’; whose products we also supply.

The hemp shredders are entirely biodegradable including the sticker, helping us to reduce our carbon footprint. This 100% natural and compostable grinder is an excellent alternative to a plastic option reducing our environmental impact. The quality of this grinder is not compromised and matches that of the typical Santa Cruz Shredders.

After noticing Space Case’s exceptional products, we knew they would be difficult to match. Subsequently, we approached them with the hope to distribute their ‘Space Case Grinders’. We have now been working with the company for a long time and have built a fantastic relationship with each other.

Space Case Grinders manage to cleanly cut countless substances extremely easily and effortlessly. The grinders are magnetic and made of aluminium or titanium, a higher-grade material. Imitations of space case are common in the market, but the product speaks for itself in quality and longevity.

We also highly recommend the electric grinder by Easyleaf which has a very straightforward design as the functionality is the key aspect. To use the product itself is extremely uncomplicated, after a simple twist the blades do the rest. Easyleaf created their product to separate the ground material from the dry herbs and spices you originally put inside. Using ‘patented blade technology’ the outcome is always consistent and finely chopped. This pocket-size grinder is unique in function as preparation should be made as easy where possible.
