The terps profile found in the hash are overwhelmingly sweet yet are also known for providing nutty, earthy characteristics that are close to roasted nuts & pistachios as well as sweet candied dehydrated fruits. Kandahar is a region in the South of Afghanistan which the Kandahar landrace is native. This landrace provides abundant yields and dense cola's for legal growers, typically omitting potent musky aromas; that is rich and musky as opposed to the more fruit-forward nutty terp profiles that are common in north Afghanistan. The cultivar is famous for being used to create the black hash that has been a staple in the region's traditional hashish market for centuries. The lineage in this landrace lends a hand in the plant's aesthetics, growing bushy with dark broad leaves that tend to be significantly shorter and denser than most afghan landraces.
