Orders without credit card will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked.

Your goods will be delivered to the address on the order form.

We must have your full postcode and telephone number.

Goods should be with you within 3 working days

If goods do not arrive within 3 working days please notify us immediately
Receiving Orders (Export)

Goods in stock will be despatched within 3 working days

Goods should be with you within 14 to 21 days

If goods do not arrive within 21 days please notify us immediately
If on receipt the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:

Complete the return form enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt

Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of posting

We can repair a faulty product within the first 3 months (or replace it depending on the fault)

If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or a refund with postage

Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods
If on receipt you are not happy with your goods please take the following steps:

Complete the return form enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received

If you are not satisfied with any of the products, please notify us within 14 days, and return the goods to us.

Please send products back as they were received.

We will not replace any products after 3 months.

If product cannot be repaired or replaced we will give you credit note or a refund.
